Jean, one of our Creative Connections #poetry participants (she’s in the green shirt!), recently shared a heartwarming story—after class, she read the day’s poem to her 9-year-old grandson. He wasn’t sure it sounded like a “real poem” (no rhymes!), so he took the debate to ChatGPT 😄
That sparked a whole afternoon of reading more poems together. Jean wrote to instructor Patti, “I think it’s kind of fun that my 9-year-old is learning something from my senior center poetry class.”
