Rosemary earned a Ph.D. from Northeastern University with a focus on elder care law and policy. She has been published internationally on the topic of avoidable hospitalizations of nursing home residents. Select research-related experiences include examining business models, economic drivers, and quality indicators in the approach to the care of people in the home setting as part of HCCI’s Home-Based Primary Care course curriculum, being selected as a panel member presenting “Moving & Scaling Home-Based Primary Care” at a GIH National conference, and having served on the Advisory Board for the NIH-funded “Home-Based Primary Care for Homebound Seniors Trial” at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai NY.
She is a risk management executive and principal of MRM, Inc. of Boston, a consulting firm specializing in risk and insurance management, alternative risk financing, self-insurance, reinsurance, captives and other risk financing models.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. For the past 20 years, Josh has been intimately involved with volunteering with seniors, primarily providing intergenerational programming at local nursing homes and assisted living communities; he is well-versed in the challenges that seniors and their families face when it comes to providing care and combating social isolation.
