Thank you to our community partner Boston Senior Home Care for inviting our Creative Connections program to Bellflower Apartments the past two months and to dance instructor Aaron Myers for bringing the funk & energy to our older friends!

Sitting or standing, a great session with many smiles, lots of groovin’, and making new connections!

Boston Housing Authority Boston City Councilor John FitzGerald Age StrongFeel the beat! From May to June, Bellflower Apartments held Creative Connections Dance Classes, introducing residents of all mobility ranges to different dance styles such as salsa, pop, and line dancing. Through movement that transcended words, residents delighted in dancing with new friends.

Thank you to the LBFE Boston - Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly and our instructor Aaron for hosting this class! Together, we helped our older adults stay fit and deepen their bonds as a community.
