Each year LBFE Boston connects hundreds of low-income older adults living in public and affordable housing with local students. Generations enjoy activities together and share life experiences and skills. This social connectedness results in an increased sense of purpose and well-being, feeling confident and appreciated, and gaining stronger communities by combatting stereotypes and ageism together.

🌟 Discover wellness, healing, and empowerment! 🌟

In partnership with OUTstanding life, I have created a program designed specifically for those who wish to explore wellness practices, cope with grief and loss, find community, and emerge from isolation. 🌈✨

📚 In this 6-class program, you will delve into various modalities of energy medicine, including meditation, sound healing, and more. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to nurture your well-being, ignite self-discovery, and empower you on your healing journey. 💫

🔮 Class Highlights:
1️⃣ Wellness, Intention & Goal Setting: Cultivate overall well-being by setting intentions aligned with your aspirations.
2️⃣ Experiencing Grief and Loss Lightly: Embrace healing and find solace while navigating emotions associated with grief.
3️⃣ Energy Medicine and Its Benefits: Explore practices that restore balance and enhance your well-being.
4️⃣ Meditation and Breathwork for Balance: Cultivate inner peace and emotional well-being through mindfulness.
5️⃣ The Power of Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in therapeutic vibrations to harmonize your energy.
6️⃣ Empowerment and Moving Forward: Overcome obstacles and embrace resilience on your path to fulfillment.

✨ Experience the transformative power of these wellness practices as you cope with grief, find community, and empower yourself

Next week is #LonelinessAwarenessWeek. And we're talking about it. This is a time dedicated to raising awareness of loneliness and reducing stigma.

It’s all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends, or colleagues. Loneliness is a natural human emotion. We need social connections to support ourselves and others. By building our understanding of loneliness, we can help ourselves and others to manage the feeling.
