Kristen Mann

Board President

Kristen joined the LBFE Board in 2019 and was first introduced to LBFE as a member of the Finance Committee. In her free time she enjoys volunteering with non-profits addressing the critical needs of underserved populations in Boston.

For the past 10 years Kristen has been an active member of her community, advocating for youth development and education, homelessness, and elder loneliness.

Currently she is the Head of Business Development at Stratos Consulting, a technology consulting firm focused on the digital transformation of life science organizations in the areas of Enterprise Performance Management, Data & Analytics, and Integration & Automation. Prior to joining Stratos she spent her career in the life sciences taking on various roles in finance, commercial analytics and sales operations.

Tiffany joined the board of LBFE in 2022. With 15 years of marketing and communications experience across multiple industries that encompass a broad range of perspectives, Tiffany has developed a deep understanding and respect of cultural competence. Through her experiences, she recognizes the need to reinforce the values of diversity, flexibility, and responsiveness in addressing the current and changing needs of communities.

As the Chief Marketing Officer at Taurus Investment Holdings, a global real estate private equity firm focused on value-add strategies that incorporate sustainable change within the real estate sector, she is responsible for leading the development and execution for the firm’s communications and branding, as well as overseeing and implementing the firm’s marketing initiatives.

Michael Mahan

Director

Michael joined the LBFE Board in 2023 and is the Senior Vice President of Transactional & Edge for Schneider Electric’s Secure Power Line of Business. In his current position, Michael is responsible for the global business unit focused on the IT infrastructure and data center space, comprised of the emerging AI and high-density computing segments, as well as on-premise and edge-computing markets. He leads a global team with a focus on delivering energy-efficient products and services while focusing on sustainability and digital connectivity.

Prior to this role, Michael led the Home & Distribution business at Schneider Electric and held roles of increasing responsibility at GE Appliances and GE Energy, including leading the Monogram brand team at GE Appliances, and managing GE’s EV Infrastructure and Low Voltage Equipment businesses at GE Industrial Solutions.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Sense Labs, a company focusing on home energy management and decarbonization.  Michael lives in the Boston area with his wife and two children.

Rosemary McAndrew

Rosemary joined the LBFE Board in 2019 after volunteering for more than 15 years. She brings experience serving in various board positions of professional, commercial, and non-profit organizations. Her interest in LBFE is an extension of her upbringing in a family where intergenerational gatherings were the heart of the family.

Rosemary earned a Ph.D. from Northeastern University with a focus on elder care law and policy. She has been published internationally on the topic of avoidable hospitalizations of nursing home residents. Select research-related experiences include examining business models, economic drivers, and quality indicators in the approach to the care of people in the home setting as part of HCCI’s Home-Based Primary Care course curriculum, being selected as a panel member presenting “Moving & Scaling Home-Based Primary Care” at a GIH National conference, and having served on the Advisory Board for the NIH-funded “Home-Based Primary Care for Homebound Seniors Trial” at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai NY.

She is a risk management executive and principal of MRM, Inc. of Boston, a consulting firm specializing in risk and insurance management, alternative risk financing, self-insurance, reinsurance, captives and other risk financing models.

Mr. Saporito brings over 30 years of experience as an Executive Officer in Global Fortune 500  and Fortune 1000 Companies with significant fiduciary responsibility.  He brings a wide variety of industry experience in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Technology, and Medical Devices.

His broad range of functional experience in Distribution, Operations, Human Resources and Legal provides a solid foundation to understand how to drive efficiency and maximize profitability.

Additionally, Mr. Saporito has served on 2  non-profit  Boards  rising to the level of Board Chair. He enjoys sports, an active lifestyle helping others, travel, and time with his family. He currently resides in Derry NH but will be moving soon to nearby Londonderry NH.  He has an MBA and BA from the University of Buffalo.

Currently, Kelsey works at Brown University as an advisor to international students. Broadly, her experience is in frameworks of cultural humility, strategic communications, and community advocacy. She is committed to social justice and cultivating and preserving communities in Boston and beyond.

Kelsey graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in English and Psychology and earned a Master’s Degree from Literary and Cultural Studies from Carnegie Mellon University.

Cynthia Wilkerson

Cynthia became the Executive Director of LBFE Boston in March 2024. Cynthia brings more than 20 years of nonprofit experience to the role. Since joining LBFE Boston in 2015, Cynthia has led the organization’s program design and evaluation efforts and its embrace of intergenerational programs.

Cynthia is currently an inaugural Eisner Prize Fellow, developing Gen2GenQ, an LGBTQIA+ intergenerational network. She received a Masters of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, a Nonprofit Management and Leadership Certificate from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. In her free time, Cynthia is an avid movie and museum goer.
